Lakes Country Park & Medieval Village
Cosmeston Lakes are situated about five miles West of Cardiff.
The main entrance is 1.5 miles south of Penarth town centre on the
B4267 Lavernock Road to Sully.
Only 15 minutes from the M4.
Bus stops are situated conveniently near the main entrance to the
park. Cardiff Bus provide a regular Bustler service to and from

Free car parking is provided for 350 cars at the entrance of the
park, with reserved spaces for disabled visitors.
Toilets are situated in the Visitor Centre and the main car park,
with facilities for the disabled visitor in both.
A special waymarked route has been designed for dog walkers and
starts in the main car park.
Please keep your dog under control at all times.
An adventure Playground has been provided for children and is within
an easy walk of the car park.
Picnic tables are situated in picturesque areas around the park,
there are also four BBQ ranges for hire, with one giving easy access
to disabled visitors.
