Discovery Timetable
An outstanding opportunity for children to learn and have fun,
so visit the Oceanarium. Let your children touch a shark,
starfish and many other living creatures. Find out what they are
and what they do under the direct supervision of our aquarist. Throughout
the local school holidays and Bank Holidays,
children's touch talk sessions (designed for ages 5-15) will be
given at set times, 6 days a week (excluding Saturdays) at:
11.00am, 12.30pm, 2.00pm and 3.30pm.
All talks are subject to there being a sufficient audience. Talks
have a duration of approximately one hour.
The Oceanarium has hundreds of fish in HUGE tanks, so take
your time and look carefully.
Other Facilities
Video theatre; sensibly priced gift shop; water garden with waterfall
picnic areas to sit by, relax and while away the time. Toilet on
site, refreshments always available. Parking opposite.
How to find the Oceanarium
Situated in New Street next to the children's playing field, there
is also a car park opposite the entrance. Drivers note a one-way
system operates around St.David's
Look for the sign of the educated octopus to visit Oceanarium
