Tapestry

A 30 metre long Tapestry telling the story of the last invasion of Britain.

Contributed by the Fishguard Art Society as their contribution to the 1997 Bicentenary of the Last Invasion of Britain.

The Last Invasion of Britain was on 22nd February 1797 and was intended
to divert British troops away from Ireland where the French planned
a major attack.


The tapestry has been seen by over 1000,000 people..

Opening Times:-

April - October: Monday to Saturdays 10am to 5pm:
Sundays 2pm to 5pm

November - March: Mondays to Saturday 11am to 4pm:
Sundays 2pm to 4pm

Adults: £1.50, 8-16 years 50p, Under 8's Free.
